My angora kid mohair keeps breaking

Hi when I root my babies I am still getting a lot of patches where either the hair breaks or my needle doesn't seam to pick any hair up! I have tried about four different type of needle and I'm still having the same problem! I get my mohair from tinkerbell creations, I'm thinking of getting it from somewhere else as the quality of the hair maybe the problem. Any advise? Please x

I think possibly the quality is the problem. I also find dark hair more brittle than fair, think it is the dye used. I would try a different brand, Lillian Triggs carries some reasonable hair that is not too expensive.

I will have a look, funnily enough I have always used dark hair I havent done a blonde one yet so you might be right! Thank you x x
