ink on kit

hiya, i have just took my kit Bethany by Toby Weeks out of the packet to wash the kit, and i have noticed a small ink mark on one of her toes. i tried to use nail polish remover to get rid but it doesn't want to budge ..has anyone got any other ideas
ps the nail polish remover was bought from the super market and has conditioner in it, could it be that i need to get a pure acetone one?

I would email the person you bought it from and ask for a refund or another limb. Nail varnish remover won't take it off, you need acne cream and su shine. However you shouldn't have to fix it yourself anyway if it brand new from the pack

i bought the kit awhile ago but not got around to doing it, i was a bit silly not checking it when it arrived, the woman i bought it off said she was selling her kits, thanks for the reply x

I´ve heard about CIF but I haven´t tried it.

Darn marks are always somewhere obvious aren't they, never somewhere you could hide them? The Oxy 10 acne cream does work but it does help if you have sunshine. I haven;t tried Cif but anything is worth a go. If you want to remove the paint the nail varnish remover should be acetone free with no conditioner in it.

Oxy 10 worked on my kit, I left it on a bench near the window in sunlight, it took a few applications but worked a treat.
