Bethany WIP

The above picture is Baily from the Bethany kit which I'm working on right now, he needs his rooting finishing.

I have been asked to reborn another Bethany kit, a girl as a custom order. The person who wants this wants the realistic skin texture around the nose and milk spots which I've never done before can anyone help? Also I've never opened nostrils so any help with this too would be great!
