My thrifty little blanket

I was always wanting a raggidy edge little quilt for my babies, for photographing, but couldn't get the fabric that I wanted, too expensive, so yesterday at the market I spied a lovely pack of micro teatowells, in lovely striped design, I bought the pink, for only £3 for four.
And this is what I made in while husband watched a football match. I'm really pleased with it.

that is so pretty, will the edged fluff when you wash it?

I haven't washed it yet, plenty of fluff when making it., will try washing, I might put little rosebuds on. If it works out ok I will buy the blue ones next weekend,

No I haven't bought the blue ones yet, but bought some lovely pink baby fabric, which I'm busy making into another blanket, one of my other Market stall bargains.

Oh Doris I have to show you some fabric I bought and I´ve done some blankets.
I´m going to use them for pics but I´m keeping them for my grandchildren,when I have them.

I have them in every baby colour because I want to have many grandchildren. Now without laughing they are wonderful and so soft.

I love this material Cristina, I have a piece of the minkydot in pale blue, it is so expensive though, I would buy it for grandchildren, but cannot justify paying that price for my babies.
I know that when I see your blankets that might change my mind. :*&:
